Fort DuPont State Park

Welcome to Delaware's Fort DuPont State Park located on the Delaware River near Delaware City. This historic fort is named for Rear Admiral Samuel Francis DuPont and was used for military purposes from the Civil War up until World War II. It was in 1992 that it was made into a state park.
