Williams Park is a small urban playground in Dover, Delaware on the banks of the Little River. It boasts a full basketball court, a ball diamond, and a playground.

*The following are prohibited; alcohol, defacing public property, harming wildlife, littering, loitering around restrooms, weapons. 

*The following are only allowed in designated areas; bicycling, fires, fishing, motor vehicles, picnicking, skating, swimming.

*All persons ages 6 and up must use the restroom of their designated sex.

*All animals must be leashed (no longer than 6 feet) and waste removed.
