Welcome to Brown Burton Winchester Park in Wilmington, Delaware. This park was first established in 1917 and is one of the largest in Wilmington and home to the Joseph R. Biden Aquatic Center.

*The following are prohibited; alcohol, defacing public property, harming wildlife, littering, skating without pads and helmet.

*The following are only allowed in designated areas; fires, motor vehicles, skating.

*All dogs must be leashed and waste removed.
