Welcome to Fort Clinch State Park located at the very top of Florida's Atlantic coast on the Georgia State Line on Amelia Island just south of Georgia's Cumberland Island. This historic and magnificent park boasts an old 1864 Civil War fort and over 3 miles of oceanic coastline. The Spanish moss trees and white sand beaches will take one's breath away and this is a great place for sea kayakers to launch.

Wildlife: Some of the park's wild creatures include American alligators, bobcats, white-tailed deer, and raccoons. There are also over 100 species of birds making it a fantastic bird-watching destination. Please treat their home with respect when visiting.

Trails: The park boasts many miles of multipurpose trails and even bicycles rentals.
