Welcome to Ferndale Preserve located on the shores of Lake Apopka in Ferndale, Florida. On a clear day this park boasts majestic views of the Orlando Skyline.

Wildlife: This park, formerly an orange grove, also helps protect restored Xeric Scrub and Meadow and Lone-Leaf Pine Wireglass ecosystems and protects the home of numerous wild animals including gopher tortoises, river otters, bobcats, alligators, fence lizards, box turtles, and over 140 bird species. Please treat their home with respect.

For the lover of the outdoors Ferndale Preserve boasts nearly two miles of multipurpose trails, picnic tables, and much more. Come on out and have fun.
