Welcome to Florida's beautiful Lake Griffin State Park located north of Leesburg in a town called Fruitland Park. This park is home to a magnificent oak tree that is the second largest known oak in the State of Florida. It is estimated to be between 3 and 5 centuries in age.

Camping: The park has 40 campsites and 10 of them have electricity.

Boating and Fishing: Lake Griffin itself is the 8th largest lake in the State of Florida and it's canals link up to other nearby lakes. Come out and explore over 9,400 acres of water. The lake is filled with bass, catfish, perch, and bluegill.
