Laurel Park

Welcome to Laurel Park in Nokomis, Florida. The baseball/softball facility at Laurel Park is a backstop, the tennis and basketball courts have lights, and the soccer field is informal so please bring your own goals.

Sarasota County Park Ordinances

*The following are prohibited; defacing public property, glass objects, harming wildlife, littering, weapons.

*The following are only allowed in designated areas, bicycles, fires, fishing, horseback riding, kiteboarding, motor vehicles, organized athletic play, swimming.

*The following require special permits; commercial activity.

*All animals must be leashed (no longer than 6 feet) and waste removed.

*Kiteboarders must stay at least 200 feet from swim areas and 500 feet from the beach.
