Silver River State Park
Welcome to Florida's beautiful Silver Springs State Park, a place with dozens of springs, miles of multipurpose trails, nearly 5 dozen fully developed campsites, clearwater kayaking opportunities, and so much more. The park's diverse natural communities help protect the habitat of Florida black bears, squirrrels, American alligators, foxes, bobcats, and wild turkeys. Please treat their home with respect when visiting. This beautiful oasis has been a tourist destination for nearly 200 years and the first glass bottom boat was launched in the 1870's. The park's campground is primitive.
