Welcome to Bay Memorial Park in Panama City, Florida. Come walk the trail, bring the pooch to the Al Helms Dog Park, or try your luck at the disc golf course.

The City owned Oakland Cemetery is included in this park's acreage.

*Unless otherwise posted all parks open at 5:00 a.m. and close at 9:00 p.m.

*The following are prohibited; alcohol, defacing public property, glass objects, harming wildlife, littering.

*The following are only allowed in designated areas; fires, motor vehicles.

*All dogs must be leashed and waste removed.
