Welcome to Cockroach Bay Aquatic Preserve located on the shores of Tampa Bay in Ruskin, Florida. This preserve is managed by the State of Florida but owned by the Tampa Port Authority. It borders Little Manatee River State Park. This place can only be accessed via watercraft and the closest boat ramp is at the end of Cockroach Bay Road.
