Welcome to Palmer Point Beach Park located on the shores of the Gulf of Mexico in Sarasota, Florida.

CAUTION! There are no lifebuards on duty so swim at your own risk.

Sarasota County Park Ordinances

*The following are prohibited; defacing public property, glass objects, harming wildlife, littering, weapons.

*The following are only allowed in designated areas, bicycles, fires, fishing, horseback riding, kiteboarding, motor vehicles, organized athletic play, swimming.

*The following require special permits; commercial activity.

*All animals must be leashed (no longer than 6 feet) and waste removed.

*Kiteboarders must stay at least 200 feet from swim areas and 500 feet from the beach.

Please respect these rules, the parks, and all local, State of Florida, and United States statutes.
