Samsons Island Park
Welcome to Samsons Island Park located in the Indian River in Satellite Beach, Florida. This place can only be accessed via watercraft. Many years back it was primarily coastal wetlands but became an island with man's help via dumping dredged material. The first half of the park was established in 1968 when Sam Fuchs and his sons donated the land to the City of Satellite Beach. It long been an estuary of national significance. Come out and explore the trails and you may see one of over 30 species of birds.
