Welcome to Presidential Park in Commerce, Georgia. Despite the name this park has no dedications to any U.S. President but it does have a dedication to local councilman James Richard Massey who served for nearly 2 decades. The plaque reads “Thank you for your loyal and faithful service to the citizens of Commerce”.
