Welcome to Shorty Howell Park in Duluth, Georgia. All of the parks youth ball diamonds are lighted so people can play at night. Come out and get some nice exercise.

*The following activities require special permits; sales, amplified sound.

*The following are only allowed in designated areas; swimming, burning.

*All vehicles must stay in designated areas and obey all State of Georgia traffic laws.
