Stovall Mill Covered Bridge

Activities:
Fishing
Picnicking
Swimming

The Stovall Mill Covered Bridge makes a great picnic spot and also boasts a swimming hole and a river for fishing. The 37 foot long bridge bridge itself dates back to 1895 and was featured in the 1951 motion picture I'd climb the highest mountain starring Susan Heyward. Some of the locals say that a ghost haunts this bridge at night. The bridge is located off of Georgia 255 just east of the intersection with Skylake Road.
