Welcome to Gordonia-Alatamaha State Park located on the banks of the Altamaha River in southeast Georgia. One of the park's more famous plants is the Gordonia alatamaha tree, a species of Camelia that is also known as the Franklinia. Brazell's Creek Golf Course is an 18 hole course. Only electric motors are allowed on the lake.
