Highland Park is a small suburban playground located on the banks of Poplar Creek in Smyrna, Georgia, a suburb of Atlanta as well as the birthplace of actress Julia Roberts.

When visiting any City of Smyrna Park is it important to obey these rules.

*Parks are open from 7 am until midnight.

*The following are prohibited; boisterous behavior, consumption of alcoholic beverages is not allowed, defacing public property, littering.

*Please use all facilities for their intended purpose.

*Amplified sound devices may only be used with special permit.

*All animals must be leashed and waste removed.

*Motor vehicles are only allowed on roads and designated parking areas. Speed limit is 15 mph. Overnight parking requires special permit.

Please respect these rules and the parks and all local, State of Georgia, and United States statutes. Come out and have fun.
