Welcome to the beautiful Samuel Spencer Beach Park located on the Pacific Ocean in Waimea, Hawaii. This beach has lifeguards during weekends and holidays from 9:30 a.m. until 4:45 p.m. Come out and cool down on a hot summer day by doing a little swimming or snorkeling.
