Welcome to Red Haw State Park located in Chariton, Iowa on the shores of Red Haw Lake. This beautiful park boasts a swimming beach, 60 developed campsites, miles of trails, great bird-watching and so much more. Come out and have fun. Some of this park's wild animals include snapping turtles, blue herons, peregrine falcons, raccoons, white-tailed deer, foxes, and many others.
