Welcome to George Wyth State Park in Waterloo, Iowa on the banks of the Cedar River. Come out and explore over 5 miles of multipurpose trails and over 10 miles of hiking trails. On windy days the park's small lakes are great for windsurfing and sailing. There are over 200 species of birds inside this park making it a great place for bird-watching. This park was first established in 1940 and renamed 16 years later in honor of a prominent Cedar Falls citizen.
