Welcome to Capitol Park located in downtown Boise, Idaho. As the name suggests this park is located across the street from the State Capitol. The park was renovated as recently as 2007.

*The following are prohibited; littering, defacing public property, harming wild animals, gambling.

*The following are only allowed in designated areas; horseback riding, organized athletic play, fires, motor vehicles, swimming, fishing.

*The following require special permits; hot air balloons, overnight camping, use of metal detectors.

*All dogs must be leashed and waste removed.

Please respect these and all local, State of Idaho, and United States statutes.
