Wetlands Park is a small suburban playground located at the edge of a wetland in Aurora, Illinois. One can access the Waubonsie Creek Trail from here. Come out and shoot some hoops, bring the kids to the playground, have fun.
When visiting any park maintained by the Fox Valley Park District please be aware of the park rules.
*Unless otherwise posted all parks and facilities open at dawn and close at dusk.
*All animals must be leashed (no longer than 10 feet) and waste removed. Animals must remain off of athletic fields.
*Unless otherwise posted, fishing in the parks is allowed but a State of Illinois fishing license is required.
*Please do not trespass onto bordering private property.
*The following activities are prohibited on park property; panhandling, engaging in boisterous or threatening behavior, any sexual act, use of foul language, harming wildlife, alcoholic beverages, explosives, snowmobiles, weapons, drugs, defacing public property.
*The following are only allowed in designated areas; motor vehicles, watercraft, picnic grilling, bicycles.
*Except for those with disabilities, all persons ages 4 and up must use the restroom of their designated sex.
