SuzanJohn Park is the oldest facility managed by the Oswegoland Park District, it was first established in 1960. However it received a makeover as recently as 2005. The park itself is named for two children who died very young, Suzanne Dice who died at the age of 4 and John Hyde who died at the age of 7. The park boasts a large multipurpose field (no baseball or softball allowed), a playground with sand boxes, The basketball court at this park is a half court.
