Welcome to Chicago's grand and magnificent Burnham Park located on the shores of Lake Michigan. This park was first established in the early 20th century and is named for famous local architect Daniel Burnham. Numerous improvements have been made over the years and this park is also home to the beautiful Promontory Point as well as 41st Street Beach. Come out and cool down on a hot summer day or fly a kite on a windy day.
