Welcome to Churchill Hunt Park located in Gurnee, Illinois. This beautiful suburban park has a skate park, a wildlife area, a half basketball court, and hiking trails that link up to neary Waukegan Savanna Forest Preserve. Some of the wild animals that can be seen here include hawks, blue herons, white-tailed deer, ducks, and geese.

Gurnee Park Rules
*Parks are open from 8:00am until Dusk
*Please respect other's use of the park while you enjoy the park.
*The following are all prohibited; alcoholic beverages, firearms, loitering in parking lots, metal detectors, golfing.
*All animals must be leashed and waste removed.
*The following are not allowed in athletic areas or playgrounds, tricycles, bicycles, scooters, animals.
*Parents are responsible for child's conduct and supervision at all times. Use discretion as to your child's physical ability to use playground equipment.
*Games and sports may be played in designated areas only.
*All vehicles parked after dusk will be towed away at owner's expense.
*Organized league games and practices require permit.
*Stay on designated trails when hiking and show courtesy to the park's natural setting.
