Welcome to James P. Covell Nature Preserve in Auburn, Indiana. Donated by prevous owner Dr. Jack Covell (brother of James) this beautiful preserve protects over half a mile of riverbanks on Cedar Creek and has trees that are over 150 years old. Some of the resident wildlife include blue herons, otters, and wild turkeys. Come out and hike the 0.87 mile trail.
