Welcome to Kardzhali Park located on the banks of the Elkhart River in Elkhart, Indiana. This park, named for Elkhart's sister city of Kardzhali, Bulgaria, is home to the local farmers market and also has a few picnic tables.

*The following are prohibited; alcohol, defacing public property, harming wildlife, littering.

*The following are only allowed in designated areas; fires, fishing, motor vehicles, swimming.

*All animals must be leashed (no longer than 6 feet) and waste removed.
