Christian Park

Indianapolis, Indiana

Welcome to one of the oldest and most popular parks in the City of Indianapolis, Christian Park. The first parcels of land that make up today's Christian Park were donated to the City of Indianapolis by Mr. and Mrs. Wilmer F. Christian in 1931. This is where the park got it's name. Another member of the Christian Family, William F. Christian Sr. sold an additional 24 acres to the City for a price of $12K. Today this park is home to the Christian Little League and boasts beautiful greenways, five tennis courts, a sprayground, walking trails, and much more. To rent some of the park's facilities please call 317-327-7163. Come out and have fun!
