Lieutenant Junior Grade Graham Edward Martin Park

Indianapolis, Indiana

Welcome to Lieutenant Junior Grade Graham Edward Martin Park, formerly known as Fall Creek and 16th Park, located in Indianapolis, Indiana. In the summer of 2011 the City of Indianapolis renamed this park in honor of one of the "Golden Thirteen", that is one of the first African American commissioned and warrented officers in the United States Navy. After serving in World War II Martin returned to Indianapolis to coach baseball and football which he did for 45 years. Today this park has a basketball court, two tennis courts, fishing on Fall Creek, and much more. Come out and have fun!
