Welcome to Max Bahr Park located in Indianapolis, Indiana. This urban park is named for Dr. Max Bahr, who was born in Indianapolis in 1874 and graduated from medical school at the University of Berlin in 1908. Over the years Dr. Bahr did many services for people needing psychiatric help was appointed Superintendant of Central State Hospital in 1923. Today this park boasts two soccer fields, a playground and more. Come out and have fun.
