Foster Park

Welcome to Foster Park in Kokomo, Indiana on the banks of Wildcat Creek. The tennis and basketball courts at this park are lighted and allow for night games.

Kokomo Indiana Park Ordinances

*Unless otherwise posted all parks open at 8:00 a.m. and close at 11:00 p.m.

*The following are prohibited; defacing public property, harming wild animals, indecent exposure, littering.

*The following are only allowed in designated areas; archery, fires, golfing, motor vehicles (including watercraft), swimming.

*The following require special permits; public meetings, sales.

*All dogs must be leashed and waste removed.
