Armstrong Park

Lafayette, Indiana

Welcome to Armstrong Park in Lafayette, Indiana. This park was rededicated in the Spring of 2000 in honor of a Perdue Alumnus and a very historic individual, Neil Armstrong, who was the first man to set foot on the moon on July 20, 1969. The picnic shelter has a 50 person capacity and all of the athletic facilities are lighted so people can play at night.

To discuss reserving the picnic shelter or other facility please call 765-807-1500.

This was RecPlanet place of the day on July 20, 2016 in honor of moon day.
