Welcome to Shields Park in Seymour, Indiana. This park was first established in 1852 and both the playground and the restrooms are ADA accessible. Come swim some lap at the pool, go off the diving board, down the water slide, hit some homers, or hang ten at the skate park.

*Unless otherwise posted all parks open at 5:00 a.m. and close at midnight.

*The following are prohibited; alcohol, defacing public property, harming wildlife, littering.

*The following are only allowed in designated areas; fires, motor vehicles.

*All dogs must be leashed and waste removed.

*Metal detectors are allowed in the parks but not in the ball fields.
