One of the more unique features about Valparaiso's Tower Park is the fact that it's playground is made from 100% recycled plastic. This park also boasts a picnic shelter in the shade of the trees with a 50 person capacity that can be rented out for $82 ($70 if you are a resident). The athletic facilities include two lighted full basketball courts, two lighted tennis courts, and a ball diamond. This park is appropriately named due to it's location under a water tower.
