Welcome to Kelly Park in Warsaw, Indiana. This park's picnic shelter has grills and the pond is stocked with bluegill, channel catfish, and largemouth bass. Come out and go sledding down the hill on snowy winter days.

Warsaw Indiana Park Ordinances

*Unless otherwise posted all parks open from 7:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. from October 1-April 30 and from 6:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. from May 1-Sepember 30.

*The following are prohibited; defacing public property, harming wildlife, littering, weapons.

*The following are only allowed in designated areas; alcoholic beverages, bicycling, fires, motor vehicles, skating.

*All domestic animals must be leashed and waste removed and are only allowed in Pike Lake Campground.

Please respect these rules, the parks, and all local, State of Indiana, and United States statutes.
