Welcome to Sandra J. Shaw Community Health Park in Lawrence, Kansas. This park was first established in November 2013 and named for the woman who was CEO of Bert Nash. Come explore the paved trail and do some fishing on the pond.

Lawrence Kansas Park Ordinances

*Unless otherwise posted all parks open at 6:00 a.m. and close at 11:00 p.m.

*The following are prohibited; defacing public property, harming wildlife, littering, smoking.

*The following are only allowed in designated areas; fires, motor vehicles.

*All pets must be leashed and waste removed.

*All persons ages 16-64 must have a fishing license to fish.
