Welcome to Dugan Best Park in Owensboro, Kentucky. It is an active sports park that was first established in 1941 and was used as a quarter century for a city dump before becoming a park in 1966. It is named after former mayor Dugan Best. This was RecPlanet place of the day on January 10, 2018.
