Welcome to Owensboro's English Park located on the banks of the Ohio River. In 1977 the Ohio & Lock Dam Number 46 was dismantled and the United States Government donated this land to the City of Owensboro. Today this park boasts a boat ramp, picnic areas, and a playground for the kids. Come on out and have fun.
