Welcome to Hassanamesit Woods and Parker Preserve in Grafton, Massachusetts. The Parker Preserve was donated to the Grafton Land Trust by 3 members of the Parker Family, Ralph B, Charlotte T, and Louisa P. It’s trail was carved out by members of the local Hassanimisco Tribe around the turn of the 20th century. Come out and explore the trails via foot, horseback, or mountain bike.
