Rogers Fort Hill Park

Welcome to Rogers Fort Hill Park in Lowell, Massachusetts. This park has many beautiful features including about 23 acres of forest with many unique trees, 11 acres of grass, and even a fountain.

Lowell Park Ordinances

*Unless otherwise posted all City of Lowell parks open at 5:00 a.m. and close at 10:00 p.m.

*The following are prohibited; alcohol, climbing of monuments or trees, defacing public property, harming wildlife, littering, sleeping.

*The following are only allowed in designated areas; fires, motor vehicles.

*All domestic animals must be leashed and waste removed.
