Welcome to Institute Park in downtown Worcester, Massachusetts. This park was first established in 1887 when the Worcester Polytechnic Institute generously donated this land to the community and what was once a horse pasture became a beautiful city park. The tennis courts are lighted so people can play at night and during the summer many concerts are hosted here.
