Martinak State Park
Denton, Maryland
Welcome to Maryland's Martinak State Park located on the banks of the Choptank River near Denton. This park is named for the man who donated the land to the state in 1961, today it's a beautiful forest and wetland preserve. Come out and launch a watercraft and explore the river or explore the park's terrestrial trails.
Camping: Martinak State Park has 63 campsites and just under half of them have electrical hookups. For those who would rather sleep indoors the park also has six cabins. Come out and stay a few nights.
