Rocks State Park

Welcome to Rocks State Park located in Harford County Maryland on the banks of Deer Creek not far from Jarrettsville. Legend has it that the Susquehannock Native Americans used this rocks as ceremonial grounds but there is no evidence to support this theory. Many people come here from miles around to see the park's Kilgore Falls or King and Queen Seat Rock Formation towers 190 feet and is open to rock climbers. Fishing and tubing are popular activities on Deer Creek and there are over three miles of hiking trails just waiting to be explored.
