Fort Smallwood Park
Welcome to the beautiful Fort Smallwood Park located on the northern tip of a Peninsula that darts out into the Chesapeake Bay in Pasadena, Maryland. This park is rich in history in that it was the site of a late 19th and eary 20th century Costal Defense System that was used from 1890 until 1927. The Bill Burton Fishing Pier is 80 feet longer than a football field and the picnic shelter can fit up to 100 people. Come out and see the historic structures, and bring the kids to the playground.
