Welcome to Clemente Park in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This park was first established in 1911 but was renamed in 1983 in honor of baseball player Roberto Clemente.

Grand Rapids Michigan Park Ordinances

*The following are all prohibited; golfing, hunting, gambling.

*The following are only allowed in designated areas; boating, burning, skating.

*All animals must be leashed (no longer than 8 feet) and waste removed.

*The following require special permits; amplified sound, metal detectors, consumption of alcoholic beverages.

*Unless otherwise posted, all places open at dawn and close at dusk.
