Garfield Park
Welcome to Garfield Park in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The land's previous owner Charles Garfield generously donated this land to the city in 1906. When he owned the land Garfield helped turn a portion of this land from farm back into a forest. Today Garfield's ashes are buried inside the park. The tennis courts are lighted so people can continue to play after sundown.
