Welcome to Michigan's beautiful and remote Isle Royale National Park located on an island in Lake Superior not too far from the Canadian border. There are no bridges here and thus it can only be accessed via watercraft. Come out and explore over 165 miles of hiking trails.
Scuba Diving: Isle Royale National Park offers some of the best scuba diving in the great lakes region. There are many shipwrecks lying on the floor of Lake Superior. The water usually hovers in the 50 degrees farenheit range so wetsuits are necessary.
