Welcome to the Grand Bloomer Park in Rochester Hills, Michigan on the banks of the Clinton River. Bloomer Was a state park for 70 years before the city took over ownership and management in 1994. It has miles of multipurpose trails, a sledding hill, a picnic area with grills.
