Franz Jevne State Park
Welcome to Franz Jevne State Park located on the U.S /Canada Border in northern Minnesota. The land that is now Franz Jevne state park was named for the International Falls lawyer who once owned the land. In the early 1960's the National Park service recommended the establishment of a state park on the Rainy River between Baudette and International Falls. Though small compared to other state parks within this system, Franz Jevne is considered to be one of the most scenic parks on the Rainy River. The site became a state park in 1967 and is still a state park today so come out and visit.
