Welcome to Towerview Park in Coon Rapids, Minnesota. This place got it's name due to the location of a water tower nearby. It's location along the railroad tracks makes it a nice place for train watching.

When Visiting any Park in Coon Rapids, Minnesota please respect the rules.

General Park Rules

*All animals must be leashed and waste removed.

*Glass containers are not allowed in the parks.

*Please do not harrass or feed wild animals.

*All vehicles must stay in designated areas and obey all traffic laws.

Dog Park Rules: 

*Pregnant dogs are prohibited.

*Dogs must be leashed when entering and exiting dog park and owners must be in possession of a leash at all times.

*All children must be closely supervised while in the dog park.

*There is a maximum of 3 dogs per handler.

*The handler is responsible for any injuries, whether to a human being or another dog, caused by their dog.

*All dogs must bhe licensed and vaccinated.

Please respect these rules, the parks, and all local, State of Minnesota, and United States statutes. Be safe and come out and have fun.
